Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Have all original tags and packaging intact
Not be a final sale or non-returnable item (such as personalized or intimate wear)
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us – Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Instructions – We’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping details.
Ship the Item – Securely package the item and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
Receive Your Refund – Once we inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Refund Policy
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to reflect in your account.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If you paid using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, return your item and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Items marked as final sale
Personalized or custom-made items
Intimate or undergarment wear for hygiene reasons
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
